Housing Professionals are major contributors to the provision, management and maintenance of public and private sector housing stock. Although they are predominantly employed by local authorities and housing associations, there are also opportunities in the private sector. Key areas of responsibility are housing development and the financial management of housing organisations. At a strategic level, they are involved in the formulation and implementation of local and national housing policy.
