WELCOME TO THE WEB PAGES FOR LEEDS MET UNIVERSITY STAFF DEVELOPMENT FESTIVAL
The Staff Development Festival 2008, theme was "Coaching with a difference". Throughout the 2 weeks staff took the opportunity to develop coaching skills, not only looking at how they coach others but also in coaching themselves. The events being run ensured all staff pushed their own boundaries and challenged themselves as we approach a new academic year with optimism and renewed drive for success.
