Daryl Boyd
BA (Hons) Sport & Recreation Development
A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, 21 year-old Darryl Boyd chose
to study BA (Hons) Sport & Recreation Development at Leeds
Met. His choice was based on the fact that he had already been
made aware of the university’s excellent reputation within
the sporting world.
As a student, his main priority was to obtain as valuable a learning experience as possible, however he still managed to enjoy his social life too. In his opinion, the university staff were very professional and helpful and therefore pivotal to his success.
Darryl’s future ambitions are to go into sports development,
preferably working within a City Council.
