Self Care for Young People

Welcome   Self Care for Young People with Long Term Conditions Young people have been supporting the development of the ‘Getting Sorted’ project to create a series of self care workshops for young people with diabetes or asthma. Liz Webster, Project leader is the Principal Researcher EPP for Young People Project and Course Leader for the Supporting Young People with Long Term Conditions Programme. Workshops The project is made up of four workshops that capture the key self care issues identified by the young people that took part in the project.
