Abroad and Exchange Programmes |
Study Abroad is a scheme where students from overseas do part
of their studies, usually one year, in the UK. Leeds Metropolitan
University offers a great opportunity for this kind of scheme.
We offer a course based approach and students can select an area
around their major on which to focus their studies.
Our
Study Abroad guide is available online.
Leeds Metropolitan University has partner universities in several
different European countries for the purpose of student exchange
at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Students spend from three months to one academic year at our partner
institution and receive full credit for this study towards their
final degree at Leeds Metropolitan University.

The experience of studying abroad can enhance a CV and open up
new possibilities for personal and future career development.
Students participating in the Socrates-Erasmus programme are exempt
from tuition fees during the exchange period and receive a small
grant towards the cost of living expenses...
