Applicant Days

Welcome to the Faculty of Business & Law at Leeds Metropolitan University. We look forward to welcoming you as a student at Leeds Met in September 2010 and hope you are looking forward to the possibility of joining us.

If you have received an offer to study with us in the Faculty of Business & Law in September 2010 then the next step is for you to attend an Applicant Day.

What are they?

These specialised Open Days give you the opportunity to find out more about your course, meet staff and students and help you to get a feel for the University. You will also have the option of a campus tour and a visit to Opal – one of our halls of residence.

Where are they?

Students who have applied to study at Leeds Business School or Leeds School of Accountancy & Financial Services will come and visit the Rose Bowl , where you will study should you accept your offer with us. This brand new development is in the heart of business in the region and is a home for 5,000 students.

For those of you that have applied to our Law courses, you will come and visit Cloth Hall Court, our purpose built Law School in the heart of Leeds′ legal community.

There are no parking facilities on campus – you will be sent details of how to find out once you have booked.

How do I book?

We have a range of dates available to you depending on which course you have applied to and these run from February through to April.

The next step is to visit the Applicant Day Booking Site to book your place. You need to follow the simple instructions to log in or create a new account in the Experience Leeds Met Portal where you can book a place on one of our Applicant Days. You can bring up to 2 family members or friends along with you but spaces are limited so book early to guarantee your place.

Information will be sent to you by email 1–2 weeks prior to your visit.

If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled open days for your chosen course then you can still come and visit us by booking onto a campus tour on a date to suit you.
