In recognition of its role within the region, UniVentures was established
in 1993 as a business development arm of the University. Its role is to
undertake a range of novel, business support programmes on behalf of the
University, initially within the Yorkshire and Humber region but expanding
according to the needs of the region's SMEs, and business support organisations.
Since then, UniVentures has run national and international projects in the
fields of innovation, technology transfer, business improvement and professional
development. |
